The folks at Blush have been at it again. They have hunted down some of New Zealand's best freshly picked citrus from Kerikeri and infused it with a little rhubarb to create this new limited summer gin.
The colour is like a beautiful sunset and the gin is very refreshing and bright. It is cloudy from the citrus oils used in a mix of pre and post distillation infusion.
This year cant be all bad, its time to get your mates together and cheers to a long hot gin-filled Kiwi summer! Who needs the Amalfi Coast anyway…
