Located on the limestone-heavy Padthaway Valley in South Australia, the Mt Monster's estate vineyard is comprised of rich terra rosa soils and benefits from excellent sun exposure producing grapes of optimum flavour, colour and tannin development.
At Mt. Monster they aim to produce the best wines possible from their unique vineyard site.
Deep purple in colour with spice, ripe cassis and black plum fruits and violets on the nose, a varietal fruit-driven palate. Soft tannins compliment the fruit with a mouth-filling generous finish.
