A family owned and operated winery making certified organic wines, Stonecroft are based in the Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. They are well known for their syrah - made with the oldest vines in New Zealand.

The Ruhanui is a merlot/cab sav blend.
It is wild fermented, then aged in 25% new French oak for 18 months, to give a deep, concentrated wine drinking now but also showing great promise for the future.
Big fruit character up front is supported by ripe tannins, and truffle, leather and tobacco notes.
