They capture botanics at altitude and their blends are non-chill filtered. Hand crafted and in genuine small batches, their flavours are balanced and carefully measured in much the same way as a chef creates a dish.
The Vintner is produced using oak staves immersed in red wine for 24 months, then distilled off with juniper, coriander, cassia bark, kawakawa, tarata, angelica, lemon zest, horopito, pepper, nutmeg and honey.
