Aged for 18 months on lees, this Methode Traditional sparkling offers stunning value. The blend is made with chenin blanc grapes, a variety well adapted to the Loire valley climate.
Shows excellent finesse and persistence of bubbles, purity of fruit with pear, almond and fig notes with a creamy mouthfeel.
Light golden colour, small long-lasting bubbles.
Full and frothy on the front palate, with almond, fig and pear flavours, with a soft integrated finish. Highly satisfying.
