Whole bunch fermented with two months of skin contact, the Beautiful Chaos skin fermented pinot gris is a bright orange colour.
Cidery notes accent apples, pears and spring flowers on the nose of this full-bodied, broad and softly tannic wine.
Complex, spicy and long, it is a fine example of a skin-contact white.
