Coal Pit is one of the few single vineyards in Gibbston where the grapes are grown, handpicked and crafted into wines on site.
Fresh and zesty, this sauvignon blanc opens with a vibrant nose of gooseberry and capsicum, leading to a mid-palate of spicy lemon grass and citrus.
The finish shows flavours of guava and passionfruit with an intense minerality typical of the Coal Pit vineyard.
