Located in Castle Roganzuolo, the company Col de'Salici was born with the "Compagnia del Vino" in 1997.
The grapes are selected from the best production areas in the DOC and DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene - the denomination for Superior Prosecco, before being fermented with partial maceration.
This exalts the fragrance and sensation of the fruit variety. It is then bottled under isobaric process, with very low CO2.
Fine and persistent with a rich, intense and elegant mousse. Rich fruit, with hints of peach blossoms, delicate and persistent. Pleasant and well structured.
