Garage Project is an independent New Zealand brewery based in Aro Valley, Wellington.
The brewery was founded in 2011 by 3 friends who transformed a dilapidated car garage and began by brewing 50 litres at a time, producing 24 beers in 24 weeks, a true micro brewery.
Garage Project's aim is to create unique and beautiful beers, to push boundaries, reinterpret styles and challenge the notions of what beer can be. To date the brewery has created over 300 different beers, some of their brews selling out in a matter of days!
Don’t be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. The modest strength on the can belies the flavour within.
A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight.
A true sheep in wolf’s clothing.
