An Italian digestivo, Fernet-Branca was was created in 1845. Since then Fernet-Branca has been made to the same secret formula.
An infusion of selected blossoms and rare aromatic herbs and spices, carefully aged in the historic Branca cellars in Milan.
It's made from 27 different herbs and aged in oak for a year. The ingredients include aloes, gentian, rhubarb, cinchona bark and zedoary - all herbs from India and Indonesia.
Very aromatic and richly flavoured. Enjoyed the world over, especially in Argentina, where it is mixed with cola.
