Gisborne winery Longbush Wine's brand originates from a winding stretch of native forest and birdlife habitat called the Longbush Reserve which runs along the Waimata river in Gisborne. Owners Dame Anne and her husband Jeremy Salmond have restored the Waikereru Eco-sanctuary for NZ native birds and plant species.
This is a mindblower - A gewürz' which absolutely explodes with exotic florals, preserved ginger and Turkish Delight.
