A lovely easy drinking wine made to be enjoyed now with friends, maybe even too good to share?
Bursting with berries this is a wine that also has hidden depths of flavour and intrigue that you only find in serious wines.
Dark and purple-flushed, it is fragrant and full-bodied, with fresh blackcurrant, plum and spice flavours, gently seasoned with oak, and excellent ripeness and density.
The 2018 vintage is a top buy. A blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon, grown in the Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay, and barrel matured for 18 months. Whats not to love?
